Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed I turn to my journal. I mind-map, brain-dump, complete morning pages - everything to get out all of the thoughts that are in my head. It is so healing to get all of that stuff down on to paper. Automatic writing, where you spontaneously write down whatever comes to mind can be incredibly enlightening. I often find nuggets of gold amidst the pages of writing but oh, do I have to search for it!
Following set journal prompts can have much more impact and at a much quicker pace.
In Release Through Writing I will guide you to discover more about yourself and about how you want to show up in the world. This deep diving online workshop takes its lead from the phases of the Moon - guiding you to release, be still, to re-create and to grow a new You.
All you need to take part is a Journal, Pen and a willingness to dive into yourself.
