Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed I turn to my journal.  I mind-map, brain-dump, complete morning pages, evening pages - everything to get out all of the thoughts that are in my head.   It is so healing to get all of that stuff down on to paper.  I often find nuggets of gold amidst the pages of writing but oh, do I have to search for it!

Following set journal prompts can have much more impact and at a much quicker pace.

In Release Through Writing I will guide you to discover more about yourself and about how you want to show up in the world.  This deep diving e-course takes its lead from the phases of the Moon - guiding you to release, be still, to re-create and to grow a new You.
